SOLD***This is a painting I did after I participated in Paint The Town Mahone Bay. The hollyhocks throughout the town were in full glory so I tried to capture one grouping. This painting was accepted for the group show at Art Sales and Rental and is available now for rent or purchase.

This seasonal group show, fa·mil·iar fuses the work of five artists set out to explore the strong bonds of family and home.  Though we are all born into a family, we choose those people who remain near and dear. Tight kinship is always the clearest guidance, and inspiration is drawn from those people and places we hold close.

With vibrant oil paintings, small stone sculptures, and pastoral photography, fa·mil·iar will keep the home fires burning for the New Year ahead of us.
